A.S. Face 0847: Josh Romaker
Hello, my name is Josh Romaker and I live with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I am 30 years old, married with two small children and live in Wisconsin. I was diagnosed with AS in 2009 after years of struggle and frustration to what this pain was. I have ups and down with this chronic disease, that’s for sure. Some days I feel like I tackle anything and others I can hardly tie my own shoes. One thing I have come to learn about AS is that you have to stay positive, moving and stick with routine treatments otherwise this disease will eat you up – mind, body and soul. I recently started a new blog at http://www.hlab27.org where I will be covering many topics along with my personal ups and downs with AS, so stop by and say hi.

Dear Josh,
Thank you so much for sharing your story with us.
Sincerely Cookie
The blog is an excellent idea Josh. The more info that is out there about AS the better. And by you sharing your personal experiences it has more of an impact than the medical material you see online. Well Done!
Way to go Josh ! HLA-B27 in 1977 ! Not dead yet !!!! I will follow your blog
