A.S. Face 0439: Brandon Krogstad

I’ve had back pains since I was 20 being I was an alcoholic for most of my twenties I didn’t do anything about it. As I was three months sober I found it hard to stand up straight and felt horrible pains in my back. Thinking it was maybe work related I was sent to a doctor and had an X-ray then I was sent to a Rheumatologist. Found out I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. Not the best news to hear. I’ve never let anything control me so there is no chance this is gonna control me either but with all the pain I’m in I can honestly say it still feels good to be alive! If one of my favorite guitarist Mick Mars of Motley Crue can survive with it well I sure can too.
